Dave: Your friendly fitness club manager, Dave is here to make sure you get the most from your membership even if it means a little push to get you motivated.  His favorite way of motivating you is by talking you into one of his functional training classes.  Dave has a genuine concern for your health and loves to hear people's success stories.
Janie: Queen of the Juice Bar, Janie will rock your recovery shake with her master blending skills. She has been with Steelhead for over 4 years and is in the process of completing her personal training certification.  You will find her working the morning shift Monday through Friday.
Josh: Your ever endearing membership coordinator, Josh is here to take care of your membership needs.  He’s here for your friends, too.  Josh works afternoons and evenings and whether he’s blending drinks, giving tours or showing off his dance moves behind the front desk, you’ll understand why his customer service is world renowned!

Vicki: Not your average run of the (tread)mill trainer, Vicki has experience with group and individual training for young and old, male and female.  She has competed and trained others in bodybuilding and figure competitions, plus she is certified in sports nutrition.  As a new member you get to work with Vicki during your orientation to find out more about workout plans, equipment operation, nutrition and more.
Linda: A natural born leader, this "exer"-cycle mama will take you through the best workout a stationary biker can get! Take Linda's cycling classes weekday evenings or Saturday morning.
Travis: As our newest trainer and fitness class instructor, Travis brings an inspiring passion to the discipline of physical fitness.  Take one of his classes, or just take one look at him, and it is obvious he has the diligence, knowledge and experience necessary to help you succeed with your fitness goals. Travis is available for personal or small group training sessions.
